Abigail Leslie has been away for years but has now returned to the small town of Baypoint, where her sexual appetite made her infamous. Meanwhile, her presence stirs memories in the quiet fishing village of Howe's Landing, where she left years ago after being caught with Gordon Howe by his wife Priscilla. Abigail, sexually liberated and predatory, seeks revenge but finds herself igniting a season of sexual liberation and emotional healing instead. One by one, she seduces Priscilla, her friends Lila and Tracey, the local incestuous fisherman Chester, his sister Alice Anne, and even Priscilla's aunt Drucilla. However, as the town becomes embroiled in Abigail's sensual web, darker currents begin to stir.
