Jessie, a waitress in a sleazy bar, quits her job just as the place is robbed by a notorious thief. Due to lack of evidence and circumstantial incrimination, she is sentenced to five years in prison for the crime she did not commit. The prison is run by a corrupt warden and a stern lesbian guard, and inmates are dressed in bikinis and forced to work on a chain gang, breaking rocks under the sun.
