ストーリー
Cornélius Blum emerges from the sea with an unknown past and takes up residence in a remote village where he establishes himself as the miller. He builds his mill atop a cliff overlooking the village. Cornelius appears to be haunted by an uncontrollable impulse that compels him to scream loudly every night from the top of his cliff, expressing his intense emotions. This behavior initially drives away his beloved and draws the animosity of the villagers.
