After a brutal ambush orchestrated by his crime lord boss, Roy Cady escapes New Orleans with incriminating records and an unlikely companion—Rocky, a teenage hooker with defiant eyes that stir something within him. As he flees to Galveston, seeking refuge and revenge, their ill-advised alliance becomes inescapable when Roy agrees to take Rocky's younger sister Tiffany along too.
