Mohamed, along with his friends, has been idle for nearly three decades, loitering around an apartment building entrance in their suburban neighborhood, experiencing boredom and unemployment. Women around them work and pass by without acknowledging them. The changing landscape brings a surge of new arrivals: strollers filled with infants.
