Ida unexpectedly arrives at her sister Alison's house, tears staining her cheeks. To avoid spending time with Ida, Alison convinces her to go out for drinks instead. They meet Will and Clark, a recently divorced man, at an Eastside wine bar. After commiserating about their marital woes over drinks, the group decides to paint the town red. The night involves a whirlwind of activities, including visiting downtown lofts, stopping by a pot dispensary, and taking a midnight swim. Throughout the night, they aim to prove that they still know how to have fun.
