Night Train to Terror follows three intertwining narratives, all tied together by God and Satan discussing the fate of three individuals on a train. The first story involves a young man named John who is sent to an insane asylum after being caught with his sister-in-law's body in his trunk. At the asylum, he receives peculiar treatments involving music therapy and drugs. Meanwhile, his sister-in-law, who is alive but in a coma, receives visits from her husband and daughter. In the second story, a group of death-row inmates are brought together to form an elite force tasked with eliminating criminals. The third story follows Arthur, a man who becomes Satan's servant after making a pact for wealth and success. After his transformation, he causes chaos on Wall Street, leading to his eventual downfall. Throughout these narratives, the train carrying God and Satan approaches a catastrophic crash.
