Tabula Rasa follows Mie, a young woman suffering from amnesia who finds herself locked up in a secure psychiatric hospital. Detective Inspector Wolkers visits her, revealing that she's the last person known to have seen Thomas Spectre, a man who has gone missing under mysterious circumstances.
