Maurice Russell, an aging veteran actor in London, finds himself drawn to Jessie, his close friend Ian's grandniece who has come to live with him. 概要
Venus (2006) is a British comedy-drama directed by Roger Michell that explores themes of aging, friendship, and self-discovery through the unlikely bond between an elderly actor and his friend's young grandniece. Once a renowned actor, Maurice Russell now finds himself in the twilight of his life, spending time with his friends Ian and Donald, and visiting his wife Valerie whom he still cares for deeply but no longer lives with.
