Laura Ortiz, born on April 27, 1987 in Bogotá, Colombia, is an American actress who resides in California. She began her acting career around two years before 2006 and has appeared in various TV shows like 'Sleeper Cell', 'Injustice', and voiced Vickie the siren in 'American Dragon: Jake Long' for Disney. Ortiz gained attention playing Ruby, one of the deformed hill people, in 'The Hills Have Eyes' (2006). She also starred as Ashley Hall in a T-Mobile ad, appeared in 'Norbit' with Eddie Murphy, and voiced Jessica in the animated film 'Horton Hears a Who!'. Her education includes attending Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers, Florida.
