完全な経歴
"Born far from Hollywood's limelight in Gladstone, Manitoba, Amy Sloan grew up predominantly in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, where her father served as Minister of Health. Post-high school, she studied at Canada's National Theatre School and acted in 'All My Sons'. Soon after graduating, Sloan secured notable roles, including appearances in the hit film 'The Day After Tomorrow' (2004) and the TV series 'Stargate SG-1'.
Relocating to Los Angeles, Sloan took on guest roles in prominent TV shows like 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation', 'Gilmore Girls', and 'Cold Case'. Her career gained momentum after landing the part of Howard Hughes's mother in Martin Scorsese's 'The Aviator' (2004).
In 'A Single Shot' (2013), Sloan delivers a scene-stealing performance while nude, smoking, and watching porn. She also bares skin in 'Xchange' (2000) during an intimate scene on a motorcycle, and appears in lingerie in 'Out of Control' (2009). Fans eagerly await her next revealing role."
