概要
'L’amante perduto' (The Lost Lover) is a dramatic film directed by Roberto Faenza, released in 1999. Based on Abraham Yehoshua’s novel of the same name, the movie explores themes of grief, loss, and redemption through love. The story revolves around Adam and Asya, whose marriage is strained after the tragic death of their son. Their daughter Dafi struggles to understand her mother's absence while dealing with her own teenage angst. The arrival of Gabriel from Paris disrupts the family's dynamics when he becomes close with Asya, while Na Im, an Arab mechanic working at Adam’s garage, forms a bond with Dafi that transcends cultural boundaries.
