Kari Wuhrer is an American actress, singer, and model who began her career in the late 1980s as a cast member and VJ on MTV's game show Remote Control. She transitioned to acting, appearing in a variety of films and television series, and is widely recognized for her notable roles as Maggie Beckett in the sci-fi series Sliders (1997–2000) and Abby Holland in the USA Network's Swamp Thing. Wuhrer has built a diverse filmography, with significant appearances in horror and action films, including the blockbuster hit Anaconda (1997), Eight Legged Freaks (2002), and Stephen King's Thinner (1996). She has also lent her talents to voice acting for video games like Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and animated series such as The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Lila, a college student, discovers she has the ability to see into the past through vivid dreams.
