Anna Falchi is a prominent Finnish-Italian actress, television host, and former model who rose to fame as one of Italy’s most iconic beauty symbols during the 1990s. Born Anna Kristiina Palomäki on April 22, 1972, in Tampere, Finland, she moved to Italy at the age of six. Her career took off after she placed second in the 1989 Miss Italia pageant, which paved the way for a high-profile modeling career. She captured the public's imagination after starring in a commercial for Banca di Roma directed by the legendary Federico Fellini.
She transitioned into acting and achieved international cult status for her performance in the 1994 horror-comedy Dellamorte Dellamore (released internationally as Cemetery Man), where she played a mysterious, recurring love interest.
