Anne Celeste Heche, born May 25, 1969, was an American actress known for her versatile roles in both film and television. She started her career on the soap opera 'Another World' (1987-1991), winning awards for her portrayal of twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love. In the late 1990s, she gained prominence with roles in movies like 'Donnie Brasco', 'Volcano', 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', 'Wag the Dog', 'Six Days, Seven Nights', and 'Return to Paradise'. She was nominated for a Saturn Award for her role as Marion Crane in 'Psycho' (1998). Heche also appeared in several independent films like 'Birth', 'Spread', 'Cedar Rapids', 'Rampart', and 'Catfight'. Her TV roles included 'Men in Trees', 'Hung', 'Save Me', 'Aftermath', and 'The Brave'. She voiced Suyin Beifong in 'The Legend of Korra' and was a contestant on 'Dancing with the Stars' (season 29). Heche received Emmy and Tony Award nominations for her work in 'Gracie's Choice' and Broadway productions. She passed away on August 11, 2022.
