Eden Hart is a rising New Zealand actress who was born and raised on the North Shore of Auckland. Growing up in a family deeply connected to the film industry, she spent much of her early childhood in the Bridgeway Cinema, which was managed by her grandparents. This early exposure to international and genre cinema ignited her passion for acting; she eventually took her first job at her grandparents' second cinema in Matakana, selling posters and cleaning theaters.
Hart pursued formal training at Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School, graduating in 2019. Shortly after her studies, she began securing roles in notable television productions, including the recurring character Batista in the Netflix series Sweet Tooth (2023) and appearances in the dark comedy Creamerie.
In 2024, she made her feature film debut with a dual lead role as Eve/Wei in the body-horror film Grafted, which premiered at the New Zealand International Film Festival. Her career reached a new milestone in late 2025 when she joined the cast of the historical drama Spartacus: House of Ashur as Elata, a character entwined in the complex power dynamics of the House of Ashur.
