Györgyi Kari, known for her role in 'Pannon töredék (1998)', was involved in the Hungarian Revolution of 1956 while studying at the university. She fell in love with a Bulgarian female student during this time and both were enthusiastic participants in the revolutionary events. Despite her parents leaving the country, Kari chose not to accompany them.
