Jennifer Lyn Jackson was born on March 21, 1969, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born with the name Jennifer Lyn Jackson, though she was later also known by her married name, Jennifer Lyn Jackson-Thompson.
Growing up in Ohio, she graduated from North Olmsted High School in 1986 and went on to attend Kent State University, where she pursued a double major in Finance and Business Administration. Her career took a significant turn in April 1989 when she was featured as the Playboy Playmate of the Month. Beyond her centerfold appearance, she gained further recognition as one of the three finalists for the magazine's 35th Anniversary pictorial and appeared in several Playboy Special Edition publications throughout her career.
Jackson’s later years were marked by personal struggles, including legal issues and battles with substance abuse. She passed away at the age of 40 on January 22, 2010, at her home in Westlake, Ohio.
