Born as Jutta Speidel on March 26, 1954, in Munich, West Germany, she emerged as one of the most prominent faces of German cinema and television during the 1970s. She made her film debut at the young age of 15 in the popular comedy series Die Lümmel von der ersten Bank, quickly becoming a household name.
Throughout her early career, Speidel was celebrated for her natural beauty and versatile acting, starring in iconic productions like the thriller Fleisch (1979) and the series Drei sind einer zuviel. Beyond her screen success, she gained recognition for her high-profile relationship with fellow actor Herbert Herrmann and, in later years, for her significant philanthropic work as the founder of "HORIZONT e.V.," an organization supporting homeless mothers and children.
