Kseniia Khyzhniak is a Ukrainian actress born in 1987 in Kyiv. She rose to prominence with her powerful leading role in the 2022 drama "Ya, Nina" (released internationally as Lucky Girl). Khyzhniak received her professional training at the prestigious Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University, following early experiences at the Black Square Improvisation Theatre, where she participated in more than 25 stage productions.
Beyond her artistic career, Khyzhniak holds Master’s degrees in both Sociology (2010) and Clinical Psychology (2021). Her portrayal of Nina Sokil in Ya, Nina has been praised by critics. Her screen credits also include various television series, such as My Ugly Love and The Moths.
