born in Buenaventura, Colombia, embarked on her journey after graduating from the IFA (Instituto Femenino La Anunciación). She gained national exposure as a contestant on Señorita Bogotá (2006) before venturing to Argentina at 19.
In Buenos Aires, she tackled De frente al miedo (2008), then returned to Colombia to co-write and act in the sitcom ¡Todas a mí! (2011). Sinisterra's cinematic debut was in Penumbra (2011), followed by her Spanish film début in Solo para dos (2013).
She starred in Corazón de León (2014) with Moreno and Cardona, then acted in Tiempo muerto, earning accolades for its script. Collaborating with John Leguizamo in Perros (2015) followed.
Sinisterra returned to Colombia to star in Pacífico, a horror-thriller shot in Bahía Solano. Her latest film is Buscando el muerto arriba. Throughout her career, Sinisterra has demonstrated versatility, excelling in diverse genres and roles.
