Sinéad Moira Cusack (born February 18, 1948) is an Irish stage, television, and film actress who began her career at Dublin's Abbey Theatre before joining London's Royal Shakespeare Company in 1969. She has received multiple award nominations for her performances, including two Tony Awards for 'Much Ado About Nothing' (1985) and 'Rock 'n' Roll' (2008), and five Olivier Awards across various productions like 'As You Like It', 'The Maid's Tragedy', 'The Taming of the Shrew', 'Our Lady of Sligo', and 'Rock 'n' Roll'. Notably, she ranked 25th on The Irish Times' list of Ireland's greatest film actors in 2020.
