Sophia Nomvete, born to Iranian and South African parents, was raised by her Christian family alongside two brothers in an undisclosed location. She developed a passion for acting and began her professional career in 2018 with 'The Tempest'. In 2022, she gained recognition as Princess Disa in 'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power'. Known for her strong singing voice, Nomvete has also appeared as Captain Heyho on Swashbuckle.
